Background : Jean learned violin repair as an apprentice in a busy music store repair shop starting in 1995. She has repaired 100's of school's stringed instruments and privately owned over the years. All sizes of violins, violas, cellos and basses. In 2009 Jean started Jean's Violin Repair and took in many instruments from music stores and private customers. Now, retired from violin repair she enjoys being a part of the Sun City Ukulele Club and continuing to be the club Luthier.
